I want to hire women but usually, (not always) but usually the man is the better one to hire because of several reasons. Men don’t call out as much or need as many days off. Men are more productive while at work. Men work good together and women tend to gossip, back bite each other, and cause problems. Women don’t want to do the harder things that need to be done that require manual labor. There’s usually an overall dissatisfaction with women at work and they develop a disgruntled attitude over time.

In my opinion, the philosophical and sociological ideas are missing here. The ideas of philosophy and sociology that are the theoretical foundations, of such arguments, which have led humans to be able to argue in favor of such ideas as a value or maximum value for that matter, of a human life. In my opinion, the philosophical ideas would at least once consider the idea that each and every single human life could possible be considered invaluable, or infinitely valuable, in the sense that the responsibility or response from those responsible for saving lives, ought to always reference this theoretical idea that the life is to not be equated to an amount as such, unless there is no alternative, and under all other circumstances, for all intents and purposes, the human life, one human life is as valuable as one can imagine, and that the duty and responsibility for the one who's duty it is to save lives, is to make decisions based on the theoretical idea that the human life is invaluable. Only then could you end up in a real life situation which would maximize the efforts of those assigned the duties as such to save lives. I would , personally, preclude however the case of abortions from this argument of mine, since I am in favor of the right to an abortion.
